Cancellation Policy All appointments require a card on file to secure your booking. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • No call / no shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • If you reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment, there will be no charge. • Arriving 20 minutes late will be considered a no call / no show and the 50% fee will apply.
